On September 23–24, 2025, over 70 participants gathered in Bergen for a two-day seminar focused on key topics in biobanking.

Day one centered on Biobanking in Western Norway, while day two explored Quality – Accreditation and Quality Studies, and Green Biobanking. Participants also had the opportunity to tour Biobank Haukeland, gaining first-hand insight into state-of-the-art facilities and practices.

The seminar was arranged by Biobank Norway, Common Service 1 Quality Biobanking, and proved both educational and inspiring, fostering new connections and valuable knowledge sharing across institutions and disciplines.
